Kate has a way of taking a complex topic like entrepreneurship and breaking it down into simple, uncomplicated language.
That is part of the reason I wanted her on the show. She gives entrepreneurs manageable advice on how to move forward with their business, while also loving people as they are.
As an entrepreneur, you will find many instances where as you grow, you will need to hire help.
And with the business most likely being “your baby,” it can be hard to give up the control to someone who isn’t you.
This is where it is important to love the people you hire as they are. Recognizing they aren’t you.
