I’ve looked for happiness in FOOD many times in life.  I’ve also looked for it on the scale, in my friendships and many other places.

Guess what?  I didn’t find it in any of those places.

In this week’s episode we dive into where your OWN happiness is actually found and I touch on all of these points:

-Why I was the least happy at the most “shredded” state I had ever been

-That I also see clients arrive at a scale goal yet still feel unfulfilled

-What we must do to overcome the search for happiness in the scale and body image

-When I started implementing new tools and having real talk with clients, their world’s began to get rocked…for the better.

-Why I am not “anti-diet” but rather “pro-balance”
