Often times women come to me for coaching because they really feel that if they solely correct their food choice, eat more clean and track their macros that they will find peace and happiness.

What they slowly figure out is that is their emotions dictate almost all of their food choice.

When they are happy they eat.

When they are stressed they eat.

When they want to celebrate they eat.

When they are angry they eat.

When they are bored they eat.

The outcome: weight gain, frustration and a crap ton of negative self-talk.

In a study, over 1300 psychologists were surveyed and identified emotion as the single highest reason people aren’t successful with weight loss.

That is ZERO surprise to me!
