This is absolutely why I struggle year over year. I’ve done every diet, every challenge. I have tried tracking macros, with an awesome coach. And eventually I give up all together because it’s always the same result. I start my 180 change with full force. I miss a step and throw in the towel. This episode spoke to me for sure.
Desiree–I love your vulnerability! Even with an amazing macro coach, sometimes the work we need to do isn’t related to food at all. When we try to change “all the things” we can’t sustain it. This work, of understanding how to overcome the perfectionist push to success takes constant practice in mindset. No doubt, you can conquer it with constant work and patience! If you ever want to dive in, I would love to help!
