Join the Feel Amazing Naked Reboot HERE (starts January 13-17th)

We are literally weeks away from a new year. A new decade! Is your brain cluttered with thoughts, plans, to-do lists, and goals for the new year?

If so, stay tuned, because today we are going to discuss how to tame the mental clutter and get on the road to clarity. But first…

Been There, Done That…Didn’t Get the Results

If you are online at all this time of year, you are bombarded with information about goals and plans and vision boards, and “how to become the person you were meant to be.”

It all sounds amazing, right? Like we can just change a few habits and voila! our lives will be miraculously different practically overnight. Just create that vision board and watch it come true!

But if you’re anything like me, it hasn’t quite worked out that way. I’ve made the vision board and set the resolutions, and you know what happened?

Nothing.

That’s right. I’m just like a lot of you; trying all the things only to get nothing but a t-shirt that says I tried it. No lasting results. No life change. No different than I was before.

If you want 2020 to be different, it’s time to take a different path. If you’ll let me, I want to lead you in a “No Resolution Challenge” in 2020.

This 5-day challenge will help you to see what the small changes are that you can make in your life that will lead to big results

Massive results.

Life-changing results.

So, if you’re ready to kick some ass in 2020 and say goodbye to those broken resolutions of the past, sign up today for my “Feel Amazing Naked Reboot.”

5 days to change your life…and get more than a crappy t-shirt.

Clutter Equals Indecision

When I walk into my office at home, I am immediately overwhelmed. See, my house is pretty neat and picked up. But my office. *sigh*

I walk in to do my work and I want to walk back out because it’s such a mess that I don’t know where to start. The clutter itself represents my own indecisiveness.

I haven’t taken the time to step back and create systems in my office, or designated homes for all the paper clutter. I just ignore the clutter because it feels easier at the time.

But you know what happens when you ignore a mess, right? It gets bigger. It grows more and more overwhelming by the day. It becomes a nightmare that I can’t deal with, so I don’t.

One of my clients had this problem in her kitchen. As a mom of 4 kids, she was overwhelmed with life, and her kitchen island and counters became the clutter zone of the home. She couldn’t begin to think of cooking healthy meals because she was overwhelmed as soon as she walked into her kitchen.

When You Can’t Figure Out Where to Start

Do you struggle with clutter, either physical or mental?

Do you stand there asking yourself, “Where do I start? Where do I begin to take action so that this clutter goes away? How can I give these things a home so that I can start to make headway?”

So many of you may find yourselves here. Not knowing where to start to get the most out of your time and your efforts.

Maybe you stand there, looking at your mess, wanting things to be different, but in that moment, it feels too hard. So you just do nothing. You eat chocolate again instead of a nutritious snack.

The thing is, mental clutter affects us more than we may realize. It’s easy to see how a cluttered kitchen keeps you from making good eating choices, but we don’t always realize how our mental clutter keeps us from making good choices in other parts of our lives.

How Does Your Mental Clarity Present Itself?

Think about this for a minute – we are about to go into the year 2020.

20/20. Perfect vision, or perfect clarity.

When thinking about how to close out this year and begin a new one, especially one designated 2020, I knew that I wanted to help you all find clarity.

So, let me ask you, where does the clutter come up for you? Where in your life are you seeing that indecisiveness that holds you back?

  • Are you busy comparing yourself to others?
  • Do you feel like no matter what you do, you’re never enough?
  • Are you constantly fighting thoughts that you’re not skinny enough, not smart enough, not pretty enough, not successful enough?
  • Do you feel like you don’t deserve good things?

You Are in Charge

A lot of times, mental clutter presents as just being overwhelmed all the time. And we repeat those words to ourselves.

“I’m just so overwhelmed.”

So many of my clients struggle with anxiety, which is another form of mental clutter. If you tell yourself all the time that you’re overwhelmed or that you struggle with anxiety, your anxiety is becoming a self-fulfilling prophecy.

You have the power to control your thoughts. You don’t have to live this way.

We absolutely don’t give enough credit to our brain and the power it has to change us from within. When I work with a woman who is ready to truly change her life, we always start with her brain.

You Are Capable of So Much More

None of us is born a loser. You might feel like a loser. You may have told yourself for years that you’re a loser. But it’s not true.

You are capable of so much more than you realize. But sometimes, we refuse to ask for the help we need. The help that could change everything for us.

I finally called in the big guns for my office when I couldn’t take it anymore.

I called my mom.

And she came in and created systems for me, so that everything has a place. When papers come in, I now know exactly what to do with them.

For my client with the disastrous kitchen island and counters, we started by just having her wash the dishes as she cooked so that the mess didn’t build up. And then one by one, we found a place for everything on the island, a home, so that she could put everything away.

I can’t begin to tell you how this has impacted the rest of her life. It’s been an incredible transformation.

What Do you Need to Clear Out in 2020?

So, as we prepare to enter a new year, a year that screams clarity with its very numbers, where do you need to cut the clutter?

What beliefs are holding you back? What do you want in 2020? What is the mental clutter keeping you from achieving?

I am here to help you clear the clutter in 2020. Let’s work together to figure out what the mental, physical, and emotional clutter is that you’re dealing with.

If there’s something you want, you can absolutely have it. But you have to clear out the thoughts that are lingering and holding you back.

Are you ready to walk into the future and leave your past behind?

There may be many layers of this onion that you have to peel back before you get to all the root causes. If you don’t know where to start, I am here to help.
